Conshohocken Vintage Car Show … and Pinup Girls

A couple of weeks ago it was the annual vintage car show in Conshohocken. This was my first time there and it was really cool. There is something about old cards that have an appeal new cars don’t have. Maybe it’s because of how well they were made (or I was just born in the wrong era :) ). At the same time, there was a Pinup contest. I had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful girls (it was VERY hot that day). We walked around the show (along with a few other photographers) and took some pictures. Some car owners were kind enough to let us use their cars for props. This is something different than what you normally see on my blog and I hope you enjoy it.

Collingswood Engagement Session – Dmitriy & Katie

Second time is the charm. Mother nature decided to cooperate this time and we had a chance to go out for some beautiful portraits. Glasha joined us for a little bit (don’t ask me to tell you her full name … maybe Dmitriy or Katie will chime in :) … and you’ll see why). She is a beautiful dog (as you can see). Philadelphia Newborn Portraits – Baby “C”

Last year I photographed Grace , Caitlin’s big sister. This year they welcomed into their family beautiful baby Caitlin. If you have kids, you know how much they change from day to day when they are newborns. Here are some images for your enjoyment:

Blue Bell First Communion Portraits – Andrew

“Funny, outgoing” – that’s how his mom described him, and that’s the perfect description. You wouldn’t know it from the serious pictures I took of him for his First Communion. Wait until further down when you see the “behind the scenes” outtakes.

 

While I was turned with the back at him … he was showcasing his Michael Jackson moves, thinking I don’t see him ….

Busted! … he saw that was caught in the act :)

The Curtis Center Wedding Reception of Marisa & David

Welcome to the second part of Marisa and David’s beautiful wedding. They had the reception at the Atrium at The Curtis Center in Philadelphia.

Venue – Atrium at Curtis Center
Caterer – Cescaphe Event Group
DJ – Johnny Looch

The Curtis Center is a unique venue in Philadelphia. It has a very open feeling and the waterfall inside adds a beautiful touch to the atmosphere.

 

No matter which location you select, Cescaphe Event group will always have a top notch food and presentation.

 

And the entrance of the bridal party was a bit different … The Harlem Shake … David and Marisa edition …

 

Culminating with a shower of white rose petals.

 

The parent dances are always filled with emotions …

 

And since Marisa is like a daughter to David’s parents … they had a special dance …

 

This was the first time I worked with Johnny and I hope is not the last. He was keeping everybody on the dance floor all night long.

 

And, of course, a portrait of the newly married couple.
